H.E. Mr. Jasem Mohamed AlBudaiwi plays a pivotal role in steering GCC’s strategic direction & facilitating collaboration among its member states. He has also served as the ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the USA & head of the mission of Kuwait to the European Union.
Mr. AlBudaiwi holds a diploma in Diplomatic Studies from Oxford University, UK.
