Ole-Martin Martinsen is Policy Director for Digitalization and Emerging Technologies at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he leads efforts in digital diplomacy and international technology cooperation. In this role, he works extensively with international digital policy development, particularly focusing on AI governance, digital public goods, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

Singapore IGF

The Singapore national IGF was recognized in 2025. It serves as an open and inclusive platform for all stakeholders to engage in discussions on matters related to Internet governance.

Contributing to the Global Digital Compact: Dynamic Coalitions Supporting Sustainable Digital Development

Following the anticipated adoption of the Global Digital Compact (GDC) as an annex to the "Pact of the Future," the 2024 DC Main Session convened leading Dynamic Coalitions (DCs) to demonstrate how their work contributes to a more inclusive, secure, and equitable digital future.

Avoiding Internet Fragmentation : Understanding and Contributing to Operationalising the GDC Commitment

The IGF Policy Network on Internet Fragmentation (PNIF) focusses on policy, technical, legal and regulatory measures that threaten the open, interconnected, and interoperable nature of the Internet. The PNIF, an IGF intersessional activity, emerged from a community effort led by a multistakeholder coalition of civil society, business and technical organizations.
