    What will participants gain from attending this session? Participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the future of this rapidly-growing technology. They will learn about the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with its implementation. Platform computing and IaaS are also elaborated on. The panel discussion will also provide an opportunity for networking, enabling attendees to meet and network with other professionals and experts in the field. Additionally, attendees may gain insights into best practices for cloud computing adoption, deployment and management, as well as potential risks and dangers that organizations may face as they embark on their cloud journey. Overall, attending this panel discussion will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the current and future state of cloud computing, and the skills and knowledge needed to successfully navigate and thrive in this fast-paced technology landscape.

    Description:

    Cloud computing has revolutionized the way businesses and individuals consume and deliver IT services. It has enabled organizations to scale and innovate at unprecedented rates while also reducing costs and increasing efficiency. However, as with any disruptive technology, cloud computing has also raised new challenges related to security, privacy, and data governance. This workshop will explore the current state of cloud computing and the opportunities and challenges it presents for businesses, governments, and individuals.

    The workshop will bring together experts from the cloud ecosystem to discuss the latest developments and trends in cloud computing. The discussion will cover topics such as:
    -The impact of cloud computing on digital transformation and innovation in addition to, examination of the advantages of Fog computing and Edge computing on clouds will be covered.
    -The role of cloud computing in enabling emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things.
    -The challenges of data privacy and security in the cloud, and strategies for mitigating risks.
    -The legal and regulatory framework for cloud computing, including issues related to data sovereignty and jurisdiction.
    -The social and ethical implications of cloud computing, including issues related to data ownership and control, and the potential for bias and discrimination in algorithmic decision-making.
    -The jobs and opportunities cloud computing is creating in the market and inclusiveness opportunities.

    The workshop will be designed as an interactive session, with panel discussions, presentations, and Q&A sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives on cloud computing, as well as to learn from experts in the field.
