What will participants gain from attending this session? This workshop is set against the backdrop of global digital ecology and intelligent development, with a focus on security and inclusivity in the digital development process in developed countries, developing countries, and underdeveloped regions of the world. We invite participants from different countries and regions, and including government departments, industry organizations, universities and research institutions, technological communities, and enterprises. For participants, this is also an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the development and security protection experience of digital ecosystems in developed countries, the main practices of bridging the digital divide between developing countries and underdeveloped regions of the world, and the cooperation between developed and developing countries in the development of digital ecosystems. This will also generate new insights.

Full Title： The effective ways to prevent global digital ecological risks and reduce the digital divide in intelligent environment.
In recent years, a new round of technological and industrial reforms represented by information technology has accelerated, forming a digital ecosystem with digital governance, security, and cooperation as its main contents, which has had a broad impact on social development and the international landscape. With the increasing breakthroughs and development of information and intelligent technology, various industries also increasingly applying intelligent technology, and becoming the norm in society.
However, intelligent technology is like a double-edged sword. On the one hand, although it provides a more convenient way to obtain information resources for social development, it also continuously brings new digital ecological risks, especially the negative benefits of intelligent technology overflow. On the other hand, although the public is easily exposed to intelligent technology, the dividends it brings cannot equally benefit everyone in society. Affected by factors such as the level of digital infrastructure construction in different regions, people's economic and cognitive levels, and with the rapid evolution of intelligent technology, the gap in people's understanding and mastery of it will gradually widen, which will bring about new digital divide problems.
Although the global internet penetration rate is constantly increasing, the digital divide always exists, which essentially reflects the "knowledge gap" or "information gap", mainly reflected in uneven resource possession, different application capabilities and unequal development opportunities. This is particularly evident in the comparison between developed countries, developing countries, and underdeveloped regions of the world. Bridging the digital divide, especially strengthening capacity building in developing countries and underdeveloped regions of the world, has been regarded by the United Nations as an important issue for achieving development and inclusiveness.

1.Convening exchanges between different countries and regions on digital and intelligent divide, further exploring what we should do? How? Explore new actions and practices in the development of intelligent technology and intelligent environment in different countries and regions, explore ways and means to enhance the inclusiveness of intelligent technology, let intelligent technology benefits everyone.
2.Carry out follow-up activities, seminars, intelligent technology exchanges, talent training courses with other countries, effectively drive all parties to improve their digital capabilities and levels from a practical perspective. Our Association is also doing these tasks now.
3.We plan to call on governments, enterprises and other industries to promote cooperation in bridging the digital and intelligent divide, and how to prevent risks such as digital governance and digital security through international cooperation and cross sectoral cooperation.

participate onsite. We fully advise guests to participate offline and engage in on-site interaction. We consider setting up multiple offline venues in some places to allow everyone to participate together.
