Within an interconnected world, cyber attacks can originate in and target anyone, in any country; and anyone can be caught in the crossfire. As such, there is an urgent need for broad networks of experts around the world to support one another to build appropriate policies and practices to better protect the digital economy, and its billions of users. This panel will discuss measures to build capacity around the world to meet current cyber threats, boost resilience and prepare to meet the challenges of tomorrow. We will hear from experts from governments, civil society and the private sector on the challenges facing developing countries, what lessons have been learned in the past, and how the international community can better support the development of more secure digital economy for all.
