    What will participants gain from attending this session? During this session, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of evolving cyber threats and the importance of online safety in the digital era. They will learn practical knowledge and best practices to enhance personal online safety, protect data, and ensure privacy. The session will cover innovative technologies, tools, and approaches to mitigate cyber risks. Strategies for raising awareness, educating individuals, and promoting safe online behavior will be explored, along with legal and policy frameworks and international cooperation mechanisms. By addressing the challenges and solutions related to online safety, we can foster a secure internet environment that empowers and protects all people. the importance of equitable access to digital information and technologies by focusing on designing content and technologies, especially for persons with disabilities.

    Hybrid Format: To enhance interaction between onsite and online participants, we will develop a comprehensive plan that combines technology and session design. Our strategy includes verifying that audiovisual equipment is for seamless communication. A dedicated facilitator will ensure online attendees can actively contribute and engage. The session design will provide equitable speaking opportunities for both onsite and online speakers. Interactive Q&A sessions will allow participants to submit questions and comments, ensuring balanced representation. This hybrid approach aims to create an inclusive and interactive environment, maximizing engagement for all attendees, regardless of their physical presence.
